The Cluster for Decarbonization of Industry commissioned Ellery Studio to design and run a four-part workshop series on strategic futures planning. From January to May 2025, representatives of energy-intensive sectors worked with methods from futures research. Using STEEP analysis, scenario development, and backcasting, four plausible images of the future for 2045 took shape.

Distribution system operators are the backbone of Germany's power supply. Yet almost no one knows who they are. BDEW commissioned Ellery Studio to run a comprehensive communication offensive for its DSO 2.0 working group.

Prepared for the next pandemic: 39 experts from nursing practice, research, and public authorities developed concrete work-organizational strategies for future crises in nationwide scenario workshops.
