We come from futures research and design. That background shapes how we set up change processes: we clarify early on where a process is heading, make the goal visible, and support implementation over months and years.

Many change processes get stuck working through today's problems. We start with the goal: together with everyone involved, we develop a concrete picture of the desired future state and determine what steps need to happen now.

Hardly anyone reads a strategy paper twice. Our design team turns roadmaps, target visions, and progress updates into formats that actually land within the organization: wall maps for the hallway, explainer pieces for the intranet, materials for workshops.
