Storytelling Agency Berlin – Corporate Storytelling, Data Storytelling & Storytelling Workshops
Right now, somewhere, someone is sitting in a presentation, scrolling their phone instead of listening.
As a storytelling agency, we help organizations turn knowledge, strategy, data, and change initiatives into stories people actually want to follow. Corporate storytelling for science communication, energy, change, internal communication, and anything that sounds too abstract before it’s had a real chance.
What strategic storytelling has to deliver
A good story doesn't give you a choice. You want to know how it ends.
Finding the right entry point
Not every story begins at the beginning. Some start with a conflict, an unexpected number, a question nobody dares ask out loud. The storytelling method looks for the moment after which people can't look away.
Making relevance clear
"This is important" isn’t enough. Corporate storytelling shows why something matters — not through explanation, but through the right angle at the right time.
Opening up new perspectives
Tell the same story every time and you get the same answers every time. A shift in perspective breaks up patterns of thinking, makes the unfamiliar tangible, and reveals connections that were invisible before.
Holding complexity, not cutting it
A good story doesn't simplify. It gives a difficult topic pace, rhythm, and direction, so people can follow along without feeling like they've missed something.
Stories that make the rounds
What really sticks gets retold — in the hallway, in meetings, in social media storytelling. That's not a coincidence. It's the goal.
Fields of Application
Where data storytelling, visual storytelling & change stories come into play
Strategic Storytelling
When goals need to become a direction
A strategy nobody can retell isn't really a strategy yet. We develop narratives that explain where an organization wants to go and why now is the right moment for it — concrete enough to be understood, open enough to bring people along.
Change Story and Change Communication
Telling change from the perspective of the people living it
From the top, change often sounds like opportunity. From the bottom, it sounds like extra work. We develop a change story that takes both perspectives seriously while still pointing in the same direction. Participation is especially powerful here: when the people affected write their own story, it holds up better in everyday life and travels more easily.
Science Communication
Making research exciting before it's fully explained
Most research topics have a story hidden inside them: a conflict, a surprising finding, a question that changes everything. We find that story and give it a format — comic, infographic, explainer film, interactive experience, or exhibition. Sometimes even a climate cabaret show.
Energy, Infrastructure, and Societal Change
New narratives for major transformations
Heat pump mandates, the coal phase-out, the shift in transportation, the search for a nuclear waste repository: topics with real social volatility polarize people and lose them — not for lack of relevance, but because of fear, frustration, and misunderstanding. We look for the stories that are relatable and close enough to lived reality to counter "bad faith" narratives.
Visual Storytelling
A picture is worth a thousand words
Sometimes a story starts as an image first: an infographic that builds tension, a comic that enters a fable world, a storyboard that shows what words would otherwise describe clumsily. We think storytelling visually, because it's often faster that way.
Data Storytelling
When numbers tell a story
Numbers are arguments, not yet stories. Something memorable only emerges once you see what has changed, who's affected by it, and why it matters right now. Data storytelling finds that narrative arc inside data sets, reports, and studies.

Participatory Storytelling
When stories are developed together
Some stories only work when many people help write them. In workshops, futures processes, and participation formats, we work with groups on narratives that no one could have told alone — and that get carried forward precisely because of that.

Storytelling Workshop, Seminar & Training
Learning storytelling, applying it, passing it on
We train teams from science, communications, strategy, and marketing. Our storytelling trainings combine storytelling basics, visual storytelling, data storytelling, and storytelling for presentations and conference talks. Tested with organizations including the German Energy Agency (dena) and the Wuppertal Institute, among others. Ask us about the four modules of our Storytelling Academy.

Services from our storytelling agency
From the first conflict to the finished story
For us, storytelling starts with a question: what makes a topic memorable, moving, or entertaining? From there, we work our way to the format. Sometimes it's a comic. Sometimes a workshop, a campaign, an internal format, or a single headline that changes everything.
Narrative Development
The material is there. The story isn't — yet. We find the throughline in strategy papers, program descriptions, and concepts, and shape it into a form people remember and retell.

Futures and Scenario Storytelling
Futures don't convince as forecasts. They convince as stories. We develop scenarios, vision images, and speculative formats concrete enough to trigger real reactions.

Change Story Development
Change sounds different in the leadership circle than in a team meeting. We develop stories that connect both levels: what's happening right now, why now, and what does it have to do with me?

Storytelling Workshop, Seminar & Training
Your team knows the content. We bring the methods. In our learning journeys, participants work on their own real topics and leave the room with skills they can apply themselves afterward.

Visual Storytelling
Some stories start as an image, not a sentence. Vision images, infographics, comics, explainer films, and visual worlds that open up a topic before you go into the details.

Data Storytelling
Numbers alone aren't an argument. Only once it's clear what has changed, who it affects, and why it matters now does a story emerge that can carry a presentation, a report, or a debate.

Storytelling for Science Communication
Every research topic has a conflict, a surprising finding, or a question that changes everything. We find that entry point and give it a format that works outside the expert community too.

Storytelling for Social Media
Not every post needs a story. But every campaign that's meant to pull people into a topic does. We develop series and formats that don't just broadcast — they carry people along.

Storytelling for Internal Communication
We develop formats for change ambassador programs, intranet series, leadership communication, and onboarding — formats where employees actually appear, not just targets.

Team of Our Storytelling Agency in Berlin
People who know how to tell a story
Most topics arrive with us as raw material — texts, data, strategy papers, ideas. We don't read that as a document, but as a springboard for one question: why is this interesting?
